Security, data
and stories.
Computer engineer from San Giovanni Rotondo, Milanese by adoption. I work on cybersecurity, agentic AI and data sovereignty. Outside the office, I write books and songs.
About
I’m Francesco Marchesani, a computer engineer born in San Giovanni Rotondo and based in Milan for about ten years. At Politecnico di Milano I studied Artificial Intelligence, Big Data and Cybersecurity.
Today I lead security work on Google Cloud across EMEA: AI and agent security, compliance and data sovereignty, working alongside public institutions and large enterprises.
In my free time I like to call myself a storyteller: I write books, play piano, guitar, mandolin and accordion, and write lyrics and arrangements.
